Как я попала на BRICS+ Fashion Summit

Привет, друзья! Сегодня я хочу поделиться историей посещения BRICS+ Fashion Summit. Для меня это событие до сих пор воспринимается как чудо или сказочное путешествие в мир моды.

Hello friends! Today I want to share the story of visiting the BRICS+ Fashion Summit. Until now, I perceive this event as a miracle or a fabulous journey into the world of fashion.

Последнее время я находилась в состоянии неопределенности.  Я чувствовала острую  потребность двигаться в направлении мечты, но  нужен был импульс, стимул, что-то, что смогло бы разбудить во мне вдохновение и активизировать внутренние силы. Иногда судьба нам посылает подсказки или знаки, на которые мы можем обратить внимание, а можем пропустить. Для меня  таким знаком на пути к мечте стала реклама предстоящего BRICS+ Fashion Summit, которая совершенно случайно попалась на глаза.

I've been in a state of uncertainty lately. I felt an urgent need to move in the direction of my dreams, but I needed an impulse, a stimulus, something that could awaken my inspiration and activate my inner strength. Sometimes fate sends us hints or signs that we can pay attention to or ignore. For me, such a sign on the path to my dream was an advertisement for the upcoming BRICS+ Fashion Summit, which caught my eye quite by accident.

BRICS+ Fashion Summit – это важное событие международного уровня в мире моды, которое было организовано впервые и местом его проведения стала  Москва. В саммите принимали участие делегации из Южной Америки, Африки и Азии. В течение 5-ти дней проходила деловая программа, модные показы, был открыт B2B showroom и организован  fashion-интенсив.

BRICS+ Fashion Summit is an important international event in the fashion world, which was organized for the first time and was located in Moscow. Delegations from South America, Africa and Asia took part in the summit. Over the course of 5 days, fashion shows were held, a B2B showroom was opened and a fashion intensive was organized.

От участников интенсива BRICS+ Fashion Summit  требовалось  заполнить заявку, иметь причастность к сфере моды в настоящем или будущем и пройти отбор экспертным советом.

Participants in the BRICS+ Fashion Summit intensive were required to fill out an application, be involved in the fashion industry in the present or future, and be selected by an expert council.

Два дня я сидела перед чистым листом текстового редактора и смотрела на мигающий курсор. Мыслей было много, они буквально роились в  голове, но никак не складывались в общий пазл. При этом я чувствовала, что не могу упустить этот шанс и должна отправить заявку, иначе потом буду мучать себя сожалениями.

For two days I sat in front of a blank sheet of text editor and looked at the blinking cursor. There were a lot of thoughts, they literally swarmed in my head, but did not fit into the overall puzzle. At the same time, I felt that I couldn’t miss this chance, that I had to send an application, otherwise I would torment myself with regrets later.

Собравшись с мыслями, я начала писать свою историю. Необходимость написания мотивационного письма заставила задуматься о своём пути и целях, найти ответы внутри себя. За час до окончания приема заявок я нажала кнопку "Отправить" и спокойно выдохнула. Я сделала все, что могла, а дальше все будет так, как сойдутся звезды.

I began to write my story after gathering my thoughts.The need to write a motivation letter made me think about my path and goals, and find answers within myself. An hour before the deadline for accepting applications, I clicked the “Submit” button and calmly exhaled. I did everything I could, and then everything will be as the stars align.

Шло время, и  с каждым днём приближения саммита надежда таяла. Но вдруг, словно молния, появилась новость о том, что моя заявка принята. Это стало для меня настоящим потрясением. Чтобы привести себя в чувство и поверить в реальность происходящего, мне даже пришлось себя пару раз ущипнуть.

Time passed, and with each passing day the summit approached, hope faded. But suddenly the news appeared that my application had been accepted. This came as a real shock to me. To bring myself to my senses and believe in the reality of what was happening, I even had to pinch myself a couple of times.

Я попала на BRICS Fashion Summit  как слушатель  интенсива.  Программа лекций интенсива была рассчитана на представителей модной индустрии:  студентов профильных учреждений, представителей СМИ, дизайнеров, стилистов, предпринимателей и тех, кто хочет ими стать. У меня есть давняя мечта  - создать устойчивый бренд одежды.  Но делать реальные шаги  в этом направлении я начала совсем недавно, о чем буду рассказывать в будущем. Мое участие в интенсиве  приблизило меня к заветной цели. Программа лекций как раз и была направлена на развитие или  создание успешного бренда с нуля.

I attended the BRICS+ Fashion Summit as an intensive student. The intensive lecture program was designed for representatives of the fashion industry: students of specialized institutions, media representatives, designers, stylists, entrepreneurs and those who want to become one. I have a long-time dream to create a sustainable clothing brand. But I started taking real steps in this direction quite recently, which I will talk about in the future. My participation in the intensive brought me closer to my cherished goal. The lecture program was precisely aimed at developing or creating a successful brand from scratch.

Курс лекций проходил в течение 5-ти дней и состоял из блоков. Первый день  охватывал тему адаптации глобальных  трендов в маркетинге к российским брендам.  Во второй день мы познакомились с успешными дизайнерами стран-участников саммита. Они рассказали обо всех этапах создания коллекции, начиная с исследования рынка  и трендов и заканчивая созданием  первого образца. Третий день был посвящен знакомству с инновационными технологиями и экологичными материалами.  В предпоследний день  поднимались проблемы идентичности (айдентики) бренда и поиска целевой аудитории. Заключительный день лекций был посвящен важности выстраивания диалога с клиентом. По завершении интенсива  нам торжественно вручили сертификаты и организовали фотосъемку.

The course of lectures took place over 5 days and consisted of blocks. The first day covered the topic of adapting global trends in marketing to Russian brands. On the second day, we met successful designers from the countries participating in the summit. They talked about all the stages of creating a collection, from market research and trends to the creation of the first sample. The third day was devoted to getting to know innovative technologies and environmentally friendly materials. On the penultimate day, issues of brand identity and finding the target audience were raised. The final day of lectures was devoted to the importance of building a dialogue with the client. At the end of the intensive, we were solemnly presented with certificates and photographed.

Церемония вручения сертификатов была очень эмоциональной. Прозвучало много теплых слов  от куратора обучения Анны Рыковой и спикеров, которые не успели разъехаться и остались на церемонию вручения. На коллективных фотографиях запечатлены все наши эмоции: искренние улыбки, блеск в глазах, желание применить полученные знания как можно скорее и вера, что у нас все получится.

The certificate presentation ceremony was very emotional. There were many warm words from the training curator Anna Rykova and the speakers who didn't have time to leave and stayed for the award ceremony. The collective photographs capture all our emotions: sincere smiles, sparkle in our eyes, the desire to apply the acquired knowledge as soon as possible and the belief that we will succeed.
